For those within our field service area (Western New York), our expert technicians can travel to your facility to fix your industrial equipment on-site. If the machine requires extensive repairs, we will transport it back to our facility for more in-depth service. After the repairs are completed, our technicians will run quality tests to ensure proper function and then reinstall and calibrate the equipment back at your facility.
If you are outside of our field service area, you can ship your equipment to our Rochester, NY facility for repairs. After service is complete, our technicians will run quality tests to ensure it is functioning properly and will ship the equipment back to you and reinstall it in your lab.
For every service call you make with Phoenix Equipment, Inc., you will receive a detailed service report with a breakdown of the cost of the individual parts and labor. We also can provide NIST calibration certifications as needed.
