Our Chemical Equipment Service Process

Our repair technicians will travel to your facility, within our service area of Western New York, to service and repair your equipment on-site to reduce your lab downtime. If you are outside our field service area, your equipment can be shipped to the Phoenix Equipment facility for inspection and repair. Our technicians run comprehensive quality tests after every repair to ensure your equipment is performing to industry standards.

Phoenix Equipment is also authorized to provide NIST calibration certification for your chemical lab equipment. Regardless if you are an academic, private, or public lab, our technicians can certify your necessary machines and equipment to make sure it meets your agency requirements.
