Reduce & Save
We know universities are at the forefront of efforts to preserve our environment. Phoenix Equipment focuses on reusing and recycling to support this important initiative. Oftentimes universities are also working with machines with obsolete parts that have been discontinued. Rather than spending precious grant dollars on entirely new pieces of equipment, Phoenix allows you to keep what you have and refurbish it for a fraction of the cost. Regardless of the original manufacturer, Phoenix Equipment can fix it!
NEW BRUNSWICK G-25 SHAKING INCUBATOR
The most common issue with this piece of equipment is worn bearings in the shaker mechanism and/or motor. These can be easily replaced. If the bearings have deteriorated too much, the shafts may be worn. They can be replaced with rebuilt shafts. If the lid hinges are worn out (which happens after being opened and closed for many years), we can supply new hinges. The fan, switches, etc. can all be easily replaced. A typical rebuild can cost between $1000 and $2000 – new will cost $10,000 – $15,000+!
Don’t send them to a landfill – think green (and economical) and have them rebuilt.
